Obstacle 96: Stress

Life is not a stress rehearsal.” ~Loretta LaRoche

STRESS suspends success.  Your dreams are often placed on hold when stress makes you tired and frazzled. How can you concentrate on success when you mind and body is not at rest? Instead, pick-up your dreams, re-work your life patterns.

Frenetic living is a defense mechanism. Focus on nothing, get nothing. Fear morphs into overactivity and eventual stress which then allows you to sabotage your dreams.  Rest a while, daydream. Steal away for a quiet respite. Take time, refresh your body and soul. Meditate, restore the healing stillness you need.

Laugh more. Dance. Sing. Recite poetry. Garden. Golf. Do what fits your heart, divert stress. Stress kills. Disease, depression, suicide is rooted in stress. Relax, de-stress the distress.

Not everything is an emergency

You are too blessed to be stressed. Restore yourself. Reclain your dream and manage your success without stress.
