Obstacle 62: Laziness

“The great successful men of the world have used their imagination. They think ahead and create their mental picture in all its details, filling in here, adding a little there, altering this a bit and that a bit, but steadily building – steadily building.”  ~Robert Collier

Laziness limits options.  It shortchanges your success. Many lazily give up too soon, not realizing that it may take only a little more effort to reach their goal. It may be only one more phone call, one  more sentence, one more book, one more active step before you arrive at success’s threshold.

The antithesis of laziness is action. Get busy, make a stronger investment, do more. Tire yourself out striving to reach your goal. Dig in and relentlessly take charge. It tales kinesis to grow; it takes movement to go.

Action works harder than idleness.

“Just give me a place to stand and I will move the world.” ~Archimedes
