Obstacle 59: Judgment

“If you judge people you have no time to love them.” ~Mother Teresa

Judgment jaundices the soul. There are no perfect people so don’t waste your time or talents judging imperfections in others. Mistakes are a common human frailty.

Judging yourself or others dis-affirms success.  Since, according the the laws of success, all thoughts are the catalyst for outcomes, refrain  from being judgmental. Instead consciously practice being judgment free.

Affirm rather than condemn. Assist rather than avoid. Amend rather than tear apart.

“There is nothing noble about being superior to some other man. The true nobility is in being superior to your previous self.” ~Hindu Proverb

Do This: Do not judge yourself or others for one month. For the next thirty days look for the good, compliment the good. You will notice a higher level of achievement and experience less consternation and less stress.

Practice compassion.

Be more empathetic.

Opportunity Step: Practice unconditional acceptance today.
